The story of an ultramarathon runner

Blog:  Even though I'm not even close to being able to do an ultramarathon, I still really enjoy reading about them.  To say that I admire the people that can run 50 or 100 miles is an understatement.  It's simply incredible to me that someone can run this far. 

Here's a story about Jay Norman.  He's an ultramarathon runner with an impressive record.  And he's 70 years old.
